Seems RedHat is reasonably exercising some of it's GPL rights to make it
less convenient for Oracle and CentOS (and ...) to piggyback on their
efforts.

The downside for RH is that as each day goes by, RHEL becomes less and less
the Gold Standard in Enterprise Linux.
