[oscg-general] PostgreSQL 9.0 RPM/DEB packages availability

Hello all,

OpenSCG has rolled out an updated release of PostgreSQL 9.0 RPM and
DEB packages. These packages are designed for PostgreSQL production
use and easy integration with native package managers. Please give
these packages a go and let us know how these can be further improved.

Please note that the status of these packages is *release candidate*.
Please remove previously released OpenSCG's rpm package before
installing new ones.
